Warranty or satisfaction concerns must be handled directly through the manufacturer in accordance with their customer care policy.
For hygiene and safety reasons, all food, personal care products, cosmetics, and similar items are final sale once opened and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In addition, items without original packaging or without a valid receipt are not eligible for return or exchange, as this affects the product’s ability to be resold.
